Secret emails reveal forestry deal is a con
 

Secret Forestry Tasmania emails obtained by the Liberals (attached) reveal that the forestry deal is a complete con and will destroy our speciality timber industry.

One email, authored by the now Head of Forestry Tasmania, confirms that only just over half the current supply of myrtle, sassafras and celery-top pine will be provided. 

Another email confirms that the Government cooked up sham specialty timber zones to give the impression that specialty timbers would be available, when it was clear that they wouldn’t.

These emails confirm that the disastrous forest deal is a dishonest sham and a complete betrayal, forced on Tasmania by Labor just to keep the Greens happy, and their own jobs safe.
